About The Position

Holm Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our service team. We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, and motivated professional who can provide top -quality electrical service while managing and mentoring a team of electricians.

Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent experience/certifications)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems
• Leadership and managerial experience in a service or trade environment
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical service operations for residential and commercial projects
• Manage and schedule service calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion
• Provide technical guidance and support to service electricians
• Diagnose electrical issues accurately and develop effective solutions
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, code compliance, and company quality expectations
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster growth and performance
