Trade Execution Coordinator

We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. The Trade Execution Coordinator will execute and administer cross-border exports of agricultural and oil commodities in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performance.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrated confidence to take initiative to solve problems with sense of urgency.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and responsible with an ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural and cross functional environment.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, railroad logistics, container logistics, and grain and oil commodities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prepare and send all export documents to ensure timely clearance.
- Coordinate and align with external and internal stakeholders to resolve execution issues, assisting as necessary.
- Analyze and monitor risk.
- Work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex issues while referring more complex problems to a higher-level staff.
- Working weekends, holidays and after hours may be required at times.
- Other duties as assigned.
