The Solid Waste Management team within the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) is currently hiring three Tractor Trailer Operators. This team plays a vital role in keeping Denver clean and sustainable by providing essential services such as trash collection, hazardous waste removal, recycling, and composting for single-family homes and multi-family residences with up to seven units, as well as for municipal buildings and Denver Public Schools. In addition to these core services, the agency oversees the Graffiti Removal Program, which removes graffiti from private and commercial properties and public rights-of-way. It also leads the Keep Denver Beautiful campaign, which promotes community involvement and environmental stewardship throughout the city.
