About The Position
The tractor operator must possess a valid driver's license. Operates an industrial front-end loader that transports 8ft long blocks from the block saw. Transports blocks from the steam vat to the block deck for staging of blocks. Enters/exits the loader several times per shift. It takes approximately one hour to fill one steam vat. Fuels, oils, and adds water to the loader. Completes mobile equipment checklist. Performs clean-up during downtime by shoveling debris and dragging core and small logs with a picaroon.
