About The Position

Prime, Inc. is seeking full-time mechanics, from entry-level to experienced, to join their team. This critical role ensures the timely delivery of products across various industries by maintaining and repairing equipment. The position offers training and opportunities for specialization in Tractor Maintenance, Trailer Maintenance, or Trailer Rebuild. The work involves being on your feet performing maintenance and mechanical repairs on a variety of equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR mechanical experience
Must be able to acquire basic hand tools and a toolbox by the end of the training period.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Tractor mechanic, diesel mechanic, HVAC, lube technician or automotive technician experience would be great, but not needed. We are committed to training you if you have no experience.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair Prime’s equipment
Use some welding and cutting tools to repair, modify or adjust parts
Perform DOT Inspection
