About The Position

The Track/Panel Assembler will be responsible for the final assembly of the tracks and/or panels of our high performance doors. This includes sectional, rolling steel, and/or fabric doors. The role requires adherence to established procedures and approved processes to ensure the highest quality. Safety is paramount, and the assembler will work with the highest level of safety. The position involves fulfilling production orders on time to meet product delivery times, using scanners and computers to communicate production order status, and providing feedback for process improvement opportunities. Maintaining and improving area cleanliness is also a key responsibility. The ability to flex into other work areas and work overtime when needed is required.

Requirements

High attention to detail
Prioritization skills
Ability to use hand tools
High school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to safely lift or move at least 50 lbs.
Be able to safely climb stairs or ladder.
Be able to work in cold or hot working conditions
Must be able to Bend, Stoop, Squat, Kneel

Responsibilities

Use of power and hand tools to mechanically assemble tracks and or panels.
Ensure products are being assembled to the highest quality by adhering to established procedures and approved processes.
Work with the highest level of safety.
Fulfill production orders on time to meet product delivery times.
Use of scanners and computers to communicate production order status.
Provide feedback for process improvement opportunities that would enhance safety, productivity, or efficiency.
Maintain and improve area cleanliness to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Ability to flex into other work areas as needed.
Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
