About The Position

Railserve is hiring an experienced and safety-focused Track Foreman in Cincinnati, OH to support railroad track maintenance within an industrial rail environment. This is a full-time, hands-on role responsible for coordinating daily track maintenance activities, leading work in the field, and helping maintain the rail infrastructure that supports safe and reliable customer operations. The Track Foreman is responsible for coordinating and performing railroad track inspection, maintenance, and repair activities within an active industrial facility. This is a working foreman position that spends the majority of the day performing track maintenance alongside the crew while helping organize daily work and ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently. Rather than supervising direct reports, the Track Foreman provides day-to-day field leadership by coordinating work activities, promoting safe work practices, communicating with site leadership, and helping less experienced employees complete maintenance tasks correctly. The ideal candidate has previous railroad track maintenance experience, leads by example, enjoys hands-on work, and can make an immediate impact on the quality and safety of the site's track infrastructure.
