About The Position

This role is responsible for fabricating and assembling inventory to maintain stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries. The Track Fabricator will also assist with shipping functions, pick and package orders, and perform cycle counts. A key aspect of this role is ensuring adherence to ISO book instructions and POS procedures. The position requires effective communication with various team members and departments, manufacturing products as needed, and performing other miscellaneous duties to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Basic understanding of manufacturing software programs.

Nice To Haves

High School diploma and some college preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain complete knowledge of the Clickeze product line.
Assist with all shipping functions.
Pick and package orders.
Fabricate and assemble inventory as needed to maintain current stock levels to ensure on-time deliveries.
Perform periodic cycle counts.
Follow all current ISO book instructions and POS procedures.
Communicate effectively with the Divisional Operations Supervisor, Division Lead, Division Managers, and Sales reps.
Manufacture products as needed for orders and stock.
Perform any other miscellaneous duties.
Meet or exceed customer expectations.
Stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance.
Authorize changes in machine or production schedule for the department.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
