About The Position

R. J. Corman Railroad Company is seeking a Track Crew Member to join our team in Dayton, TX. This role involves inspecting, installing, and maintaining railroad track in an industrial yard setting. The position requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and accurate documentation. The work environment is primarily outdoors, involving strenuous physical activity under various conditions. Applicants must be able to perform a range of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, standing, walking on uneven surfaces, and working in confined spaces.

Requirements

• Complete required job duties safely and efficiently.
• Complete all required documentation.

• Ability to communicate well with co-workers, customers, and supervisors.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• Ability to lift, carry, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull with confined spaces.
