About The Position

The Interim Supervisor - TRA is part of a team that supports the temporary leadership needs of the Tenet Healthcare organization. The supervisor will support the needs in any market in which Tenet operates. The Manager is responsible for operations management of a single or multiple department(s). Their day-to-day operations management will include directing, supervising, orienting/training, and evaluating staff. Enforces policies, procedures, and standards of operation. The Manager may have budgetary or fiscal accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related Allied Health Specialty based on the assigned department.
• 3 years of progressive management experience in an acute care facility.
• Experience and working knowledge of the chemistry regulatory requirements.
• TN supervisor license.
• AHA BLS.
• Additional AHA levels may be required based on patient population managed.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Allied Health Specialty, Health Administration or Business based on assigned department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day management operations.
• The Manager directs, supervises, orients/trains, and evaluates staff.
• Enforces policies, procedures, and standards of operation.
• Performance and demonstrates proficiency and understanding of all areas managed to include instructing and mentoring other personnel.
• The Manager ensures the highest level of quality patient care is always maintained and ensures smooth operation of the department.
• Position is responsible for approving timekeeping, maintaining staffing, meets applicable regulatory standards, and approving supply orders and department strategic planning.
