TPM (Technical Project Manager) is responsible for managing business and technical deliverables to the project budget and timeline throughout the various project phases. This role involves developing and documenting project plans, budgets, and schedules, identifying and documenting team roles and responsibilities, and managing release/deployment plans. The TPM will also schedule, coordinate, and lead release and certification calls, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the synchronization of individual team deliverables for product releases. Additionally, the TPM will manage day-to-day scrum activities, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and interface with product owners and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of software projects. This role also involves providing development sizings and cost analysis estimates, decomposing stories, designing features, prioritizing tasks, and supporting integration efforts. The TPM will assist development and operations teams in resolving needs and roadblocks.
