Requirements

  • Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Ability to Commute: Cumming, GA 30041 (Required)
  • Ability to Relocate: Cumming, GA 30041: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and our service department.
  • Greet customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and offer appropriate recommendations.
  • Schedule service appointments, maintain customer records, and ensure timely communication regarding the status of vehicles.
  • Provide clear explanations of repairs and maintenance, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure efficient workflow.
