About The Position

We’re seeking a motivated Toyota Production System (TPS) Intern to join our team this summer (May - Aug 2026). This internship offers hands-on experience in industry where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into the Toyota Production System - a comprehensive manufacturing philosophy that focuses on eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and ensuring a high quality in the production process. You'll collaborate with the TPS and Weld departments, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

Requirements

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Lean Manufacturing Engineering programs
• Available for a full-time, onsite internship in Muscatine, IA from May - August 2026
• Currently pursuing or getting ready to start their Bachelor's degree.
• This is an entry-level position; no previous experience is required.
