Requirements
- Current Toyota Expert or Master Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, with Toyota vehicles.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience using Toyota Techstream/GTS+
Nice To Haves
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications.
- Experience working in a dealership environment.
- Advanced training in hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to mentor junior technicians and lead technical training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Toyota vehicles using advanced tools and manufacturer-approved techniques.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections and tire rotations in accordance with Toyota standards.
- Interpret technical service bulletins, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals to accurately address vehicle issues.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle condition and recommended services.
- Stay updated on Toyota's latest vehicle technologies, repair procedures, and certification requirements through ongoing training.
