Requirements

Previous dealership experience or retail sales background within the automotive industry is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, vehicle systems, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques
Proficiency with inventory management software such as CMMS or similar tools is advantageous
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for reporting and organizational tasks is beneficial
Demonstrated ability in sales management, negotiation, and customer relationship building to achieve sales targets
Experience with automotive diagnostics, repair processes, or automotive service operations will enhance your effectiveness in this role
Valid Driver License

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting automotive accessories and parts that meet their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on product features and compatibility
Manage inventory levels efficiently using inventory control systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ensuring stock accuracy and availability
Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, and electronic payments with professionalism
Maintain a well-organized showroom by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring all automotive parts are properly labeled and accessible
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and personalized service to encourage repeat business
Collaborate with the service team to coordinate vehicle maintenance, repair needs, or accessory installations as required
Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions to maximize sales opportunities
