Requirements

Proven experience in towing operations management or a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of towing industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using dispatch and fleet management software.
Experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work varied hours including on-call as necessary.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily towing operations to ensure timely and high-quality service.
Manage and supervise towing personnel, including drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
Monitor fleet maintenance and ensure all vehicles are properly serviced and compliant with safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, costs, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal towing regulations.
Recruit, hire, and train new towing personnel as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
