About The Position

We are hiring experienced tower climbers for telecom work. If you’ve climbed, rigged, and built towers before, we want you on the crew. Candidates must reside in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska or South Dakota. This role involves climbing towers up to 500 ft to install and maintain antennas, radios, and cabling, running coax and fiber, installing connectors, performing sweep and fiber testing, installing mounts, RRUs, masts, supports, and other tower equipment, working on microwave dishes (1 ft–10 ft), troubleshooting RF, fiber, and equipment issues, building and modifying towers (monopoles, guyed, self-supports), loading/unloading gear, keeping sites clean, and completing job paperwork. In a Top Hand/Foreman role, you will also lead crew members.

Requirements

At least 1 year of tower climbing / telecom construction experience
Knowledge of rigging, knots, and tower safety
Able to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Can follow directions and get the job done right the first time
Good attitude, shows up ready to work, and works well within various teams
21 or older with a valid driver’s license
Pass background check, MVR, and drug test
Lift 75 lbs. and handle long days
Work outside in all weather

OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 required after hire)
First Aid / CPR

Responsibilities
