About The Position

Tower Technicians are responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless telecom equipment at various sites, often internationally. Depending on level, the scope includes increasing responsibility for quality, efficiency, leadership, and mentoring. This specific role, Tower Technician III, involves leading telecom equipment installations with minimal guidance, training and mentoring lower-level technicians, troubleshooting and supporting site integration, assisting or substituting for the Crew Leader when necessary, and performing advanced tasks such as sector frame and platform installation.

Requirements

Must be RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10 certified.
Must have full climbing gear, PPE, and necessary tools (based on level).
Minimum 1 year commitment if sponsored under work visa program.
Willing and able to travel for extended periods (minimum 6 weeks at a time).
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Able to climb and work at heights on towers, poles, and rooftops (up to 500’).
Lift and carry at least 70 lbs.
Capable of performing essential job functions safely and consistently.
Able to work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, high winds), long shifts, and night work.
Must pass regular and ongoing drug screenings.
