The tower Supervisor is responsible for leading, directing, coordinating and supporting the contracted airlines fueling operation. The role involves coordinating and assisting operations managers to ensure safe, timely, reliable, and cost-efficient fueling operations. The supervisor must maintain situational awareness of all airline and Menzies Aviation operations, disseminate operational information, and maintain professional contact with airlines, airport operations, flight control, and the fueling department. They will also assist in developing operational and contingency plans, coordinate problem-solving, monitor technological systems (Flight Status Monitor, Weather, Air Traffic Control advisories), maintain logs and documentation, and coordinate the emergency/significant event notification system. The role requires meeting station attendance standards.
