Tower Laborer (Wireless & Communications)
About The Position
As a Tower Laborer, you will work as part of an aggressive, goal-oriented field crew installing, maintaining, and upgrading wireless telecommunications structures. This is a highly physical, outdoor role. Assist with ground-level and high-elevation construction tasks, including rigging, structural assembly, and material handling. Safely climb telecommunications towers and structures using specialized fall-protection equipment (must be entirely comfortable working at heights). Utilize power tools, mechanical equipment, and construction rigging efficiently and safely. Assist with civil and site-prep work, including concrete prep, grounding, and trenching when required. Participate actively in daily job-site safety meetings and maintain a proactive attitude toward a zero-incident workplace.
Requirements
- Solid, verifiable experience in heavy labor, general construction, civil excavation, concrete, mechanical trades, framing, or something similar.
- Must be physically fit, capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly, and entirely comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions.
- A proactive, professional attitude with high integrity and a strong drive to learn a specialized trade.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
