About The Position

One Way Wireless Construction builds and maintains wireless infrastructure across the country. The Tower Foreman leads field crews installing and testing telecommunications equipment and ensures work is completed safely and in accordance with customer specifications. The role requires climbing and working on towers up to 500 feet, coordinating daily activities with the Project Manager, and completing required job documentation. The position reports to the Shakopee, Minnesota office daily and involves weekday travel and overnight stays out of town.

Requirements

Able to report to the Shakopee, Minnesota office daily.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screening, and background check.
At least 3 years of telecommunications industry experience.
Strong understanding of wireless infrastructure construction and tower installations.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and build plans.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and maintain productive field crews while promoting a strong safety culture.
Willing and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Willing to travel Monday through Friday and stay out of town during the week.

Previous foreman or crew leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a field crew of 2–5 technicians.

Benefits

Hourly pay of $33–$42, based on experience, qualifications, and position level.
Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
Per diem of $175 per night when working more than 60 miles from the Shakopee shop.
