About The Position
Join Picnic as a Tower Ambassador! Ready to thrive in our dynamic environment? As a Tower Ambassador, you'll ensure seamless food order deliveries arrive properly for our eaters - receiving and arranging them in their offices. Organize, pick-up, and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs. Tower Ambassador will receive orders from Drivers, deliver to specified locations within the building, and act as the primary customer contact for eaters. Create a community bridge between Picnic and eaters.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs.
- iPhone or Android Smartphone
- Effective communication skills in person and electronically.
- Proficiency in English needed.
- Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in food service or delivery app drivers are usually a good fit.
Responsibilities
