About The Position

JSA Towing is hiring experienced truck drivers for its North Hills/Wexford team. The company operates a clean, well-maintained fleet of rollbacks and medium-duty wreckers and serves customers throughout western Pennsylvania. Candidates must know how to operate a rollback and wheel lift. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with 8-hour day and evening shifts, opportunities for overtime and additional hours, and hourly pay with commission and signing bonus options. The work is in the Wexford/North Hills areas.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a tow truck driver.
• DOT medical card.
• Acceptable driving record with no violations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass pre-hire and random drug screenings.
• Dependable for scheduled shifts.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.

Nice To Haves

• Wheel lift and rollback experience.
• CDL; it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform local and long-distance light-duty towing of cars, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles.
• Perform recovery and winch-out work.
• Provide roadside emergency services, including jumpstarts, lockouts, and tire changes.
• Complete jobs safely and efficiently without damaging equipment.
• Complete electronic paperwork through Towbook, including work orders and pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Provide friendly customer service in accordance with company culture standards.
• Obey traffic laws, including speed limits, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
• Treat customers and coworkers with respect.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
