We're looking for a dependable Tow Truck Driver who can keep our auction floor running like a well-oiled machine while providing friendly, professional service to our dealers and customers every step of the way.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
2+ years of prior experience operating tow trucks or vehicle transport equipment required.
Ability to safely load, secure, and transport vehicles using proper towing equipment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle a physically active role
Strong attention to safety, vehicle handling, and damage prevention
Ability to quickly identify common vehicle issues
Successfully able to complete and pass a background check and drug screen
Must have a valid driver’s license & ability to meet auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle

Nice To Haves

Experience with flatbed or wheel-lift towing equipment a plus
Bilingual in Spanish, a plus

Responsibilities

Operate flatbed or wheel-lift tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to and from the auction
Pick up and deliver vehicles from dealerships, storage facilities, and fleet accounts
Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper towing equipment and safety procedures
Inspect vehicles before and after transport and document vehicle condition
Report any repairs or maintenance needed on assigned tow trucks to management promptly to ensure equipment remains in safe operating condition
Perform basic pre-trip inspections of tow trucks and report maintenance concerns
Maintain accurate transport logs and delivery records
Assist with vehicle staging, movement, and organization within the auction lot when needed
Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures.
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
