About The Position

Looking for someone local, friendly, sales-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn how to tow. This is a flex rotating schedule position. We service most motor clubs and the local police department. Full or part-time available. We have a relaxed, friendly work environment. We offer opportunities for advancement within the company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good communication skills.
• Have or pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a drug test.
• Pass a Cory AAA background check.

Nice To Haves

• Additional training is offered to comply with DPU requirements is available through an accredited tow training company.

Responsibilities

• Receiving communications from the company dispatcher.
• Driving to the scene of a vehicle breakdown or accident.
• Interacting with the customer to find out the nature of the problem.
• Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires, and unlocking vehicles.
• Suggesting a course of action.
• Connecting the damaged vehicle to the truck with a chain, winch, or steering block.
• Towing the vehicle to an authorized service station or junkyard.
• Reporting to base and completing paperwork.
