About The Position

World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is actively hiring Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty Towing Operators, Specialized Transport Division, and Tractor Trailer Operators to meet increasing demand in the towing and recovery industry. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals for full-time and part-time positions serving local and surrounding areas looking to expand knowledge and advance in their career.

Requirements

• Class A CDL required for Heavy-Duty roles
• Good driving record (MVR) and insurable
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Manual transmission is a plus
• Heavy towing & recovery experience preferred
• Willing to train motivated candidates

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transporting disabled, damaged, or improperly parked vehicles using specialized equipment.
• Responding promptly to service calls.
• Assessing each situation.
• Securing vehicles for transport.
• Operating equipment in compliance with all safety procedures.
• Providing professional customer service.
• Communicating clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Completing required documentation accurately.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Adhering to company standards.
• Working in a variety of weather and roadside conditions, including emergency and after-hours situations.
