About The Position
Alpha Automotive is looking for a Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our rapidly growing team! Here at Alpha Automotive, we pride ourselves on providing the best experience possible for our customers and providing them with an elevated level of personalized service each and every time.
Requirements
- Experience using software like Towbook, AAA, Turo, Michell, and/or CCC
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and professionally
- Previous experience as a tow truck dispatcher, customer service and/or call center representative
- A strong customer service mindset, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
Responsibilities
- Assigning drivers to the routes and overseeing their dispatch
- Ensuring tows are completed on time and accurately
- Receiving incoming calls and gathering essential information regarding the nature of the customer's vehicle issue and location.
- Documenting all relevant information, including customer details, service requests and job statuses thoroughly in dispatching software
