Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field seeking an internship.
• Fluent in English.
• Possess a work permit (if applicable).
• Hold a valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
• Natural talent for connecting with people and strong customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving mindset, comfortable creating solutions and getting hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-office activities including customer service and sales, such as check-ins and check-outs, guest registration, payment processing, explaining campervan functionalities and terms, and upselling road trip extras.
• Handle back-office operations, aligning reservations with available campervans, and preparing campers and road trip extras/kits.
• Perform quality control by maintaining campervans in top condition and identifying/addressing maintenance or repair needs.
• Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the campervan fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
