About The Position

Fever is seeking a Touring Production Manager to join their team from June through December. This temporary, full-time role will focus on the on-the-ground execution of an outdoor Concert and Drone show across multiple North American cities. The position is crucial for ensuring a consistent, safe, and exceptional show experience at each event location, managing everything from load-in to load-out and upholding quality standards and guest experience expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in touring production, technical direction, live events, or similar.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and operate under tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of event production fundamentals, including lighting, power, sound, rigging, safety, and onsite operations.
  • Experience interpreting technical drawings and translating them into actionable onsite plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clarity and professionalism.
  • Comfortable traveling full-time June–December, and working in an outdoor environment.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to anticipate challenges.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Experience driving forklifts, vans or small trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Advance & Pre-Production: Work with the lead producer on venue and vendor handoffs, consult on technical and operational needs, produce detailed production schedules, and plan staffing and logistics for each market.
  • Onsite Production Leadership: Serve as the primary onsite production lead, overseeing local vendors and operations during load-in, rehearsals, show runs, and load-out. Supervise local crew and FOH teams, support Drone Pilots, fulfill permitting requirements, train FOH personnel, ensure clear wayfinding and signage, support merchandising operations, coordinate onsite inspections, ensure safety adherence, and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
  • Operational & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison for venues, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Manage equipment inventories, maintenance, and weatherization. Oversee transportation logistics.
  • Tour Logistics & Reporting: Coordinate personal travel and lodging, track expenses, manage budgets, produce post-city evaluations, and serve as a liaison between on-site execution and Fever office support teams.
