Tour Sales and Experience Curator

Vancouver Toonie Tours LtdCalgary, AB
CA$32,429 - CA$119,865Onsite

About The Position

Toonie Tours is a fast-growing, multi-city tour operator with strong inbound demand. We’re building more than a traditional sales team; we’re building a high-performing, guest-focused experience team within one of Canada’s fastest-growing tourism companies. As we continue expanding across multiple cities, we’re looking for driven, personable individuals who are excited to grow alongside the business and play a meaningful role in shaping its future. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and understands that great sales comes from understanding guest needs and creating memorable experiences — not just closing transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help convert high-intent inquiries into exceptional bookings, while contributing to the systems, playbooks, and culture that will support the company’s long-term growth. For the right person, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company at an exciting stage of growth, with genuine long-term potential for development and progression. This role matters immediately. Your wins (and misses) show up fast.
