About The Position

Join a great cast of personalities at Natural Bridge Caverns as a Cavern Tour Guide! We’re looking for energetic employees who love learning and are looking to grow within our company. Tour Guides should present themselves as happy, kind, knowledgeable, and patient when speaking to guests. Every tour should be regarded as the best tour of the day. Even when our tour guides aren’t in the cave, they’ll be inside our retail or concession areas working our Point of Sale system or keeping our grounds and facilities clean and presentable. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the caverns, presenting information in a knowledgeable, kind, and patient manner.
• Work in retail or concession areas, operating the Point of Sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentability of grounds and facilities.
