About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking Sales Tour Guides who have the desire to sell dreams and live one too! In this position, you will meet face-to-face with customers that are brought in by our Marketing Department. There is no cold-calling or out-of-pocket expense required. This role requires establishing commonality and building rapport with prospective and/or current owners, as well as articulating the benefits of vacationing with Travel and Leisure. You will conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers located at award-winning resorts. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company. Responsibilities include effectively presenting and delivering the Tour Guide presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance. You will also attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on Tour Guide information and materials, industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually. The target annual compensation for this role is $70,000, comprised of $19.00 hourly plus per transaction payouts and the opportunity for a monthly transaction bonus. Top performers may earn up to $200,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain CA Real Estate License within 6 months of hire

  • Ability to communicate in a clearly and concisely (verbal and written)

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on Tour Guide information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
  • Articulate the benefits of vacationing with Travel and Leisure.
  • Link product benefits to the customer’s vacation goals.
  • Demonstrate and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-energy environment.
