This individual will be an integral part of our highly experienced Tour Division responsible for servicing and executing over 50 One-Day excursions and 85 multi-day vacations each year. The trips range from quick getaways to Broadway and Lancaster, to longer trips to destinations like Cape Cod, Nashville, and even a 27-day Cross Country trip. The position is on-site, full time, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm. The ideal candidate is someone who loves travel and brings solid experience in administration and customer service. Computer proficiency is required. Excellent written, phone, and electronic communication skills are expected. We’re seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic who can quickly learn, adapt, and contribute from day one. Personal travel experience and familiarity with popular domestic destinations are a plus. On any given day, you may find yourself working with vendors to prep for upcoming tours, building optimal routing and timing for the trip, fielding incoming calls to book trips, servicing our clients, writing detailed itineraries, completing internal tour documents, as well as helping out around the office. Trust us, you won’t be bored! Starr’s culture is one where everyone pitches in to help in other areas of the business when needed. There will be great opportunities to learn and gain experience outside of your regular role.
