About The Position

EF Go Ahead Tours has been guiding adult travelers across the globe for over 30 years, offering carefully crafted group travel itineraries for a diverse range of travelers. The Tour Consultant, Group Sales role is responsible for owning and growing a book of business with Group Coordinators. This position requires ambitious, high-performing, self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success through qualifying, following up with, and converting sales leads via outbound phone sales. The role drives sustainable and scalable growth, addresses business challenges, and builds a loyal customer base. The company aims to create a world-class sales team motivated by learning, professional growth, and achieving sales metrics. Participants will join the Sales Development Program for one-on-one attention to promote professional growth and business understanding, with the goal of developing their own book of business, following up on warm leads, and maintaining a healthy pipeline. The role contributes to helping customers see the world and shaping the global perspective of travelers.

Requirements

  • Must live/relocate to the state of Colorado or within commutable distance to our Denver, CO office.
  • Ambitious, high performing, self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Influential and can intrinsically motivate others (persuade vs. tell).
  • A good listener with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who desires to take responsibility for their professional and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and growing a book of business made up of Group Coordinators.
  • Qualifying, following up with, and converting sales leads to customers via outbound phone sales.
