The Tour Consultant, Group Sales role is responsible for owning and growing a book of business with Group Coordinators. This position requires ambitious, high-performing, self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success through qualifying, following up with, and converting sales leads via outbound phone sales. The role drives sustainable and scalable growth, addresses business challenges, and builds a loyal customer base. The company aims to create a world-class sales team motivated by learning, professional growth, and achieving sales metrics. Participants will join the Sales Development Program for one-on-one attention to promote professional growth and business understanding, with the goal of developing their own book of business, following up on warm leads, and maintaining a healthy pipeline. The role contributes to helping customers see the world and shaping the global perspective of travelers.
