We are hiring a Total Rewards Specialist to be a critical part of our payroll administration and compliance team. Responsibilities for this key role include supporting all payroll administration, including Federal, State and Local tax compliance and general Total Rewards programs and projects. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, analytical, resilient, quick to change direction, and customer centric.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of Payroll experience
  • Strong computer skills – especially Microsoft products
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Desire to learn and grow a career in Payroll

Nice To Haves

  • Workday experience preferred
  • Concur expense software experience a plus preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete bi-weekly payrolls and support all day-to-day payroll functions for our U.S. employees
  • Complete weekly expense report auditing and payment processing for U.S. employees
  • Assist in processing payroll integrations for our Canada and India employees
  • Maintain and manage employee information in the HRIS/Payroll systems
  • Maintain and manage tax notifications and filings with third party vendor
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end reconciliations and W-2 processing
  • Streamline processes and procedures as necessary within the payroll function
  • Assist with benefits, unemployment, and other employee programs as needed
  • Assist with HRIS systems, compensation tasks and HRIS/Payroll reporting as needed
  • Research and resolve employee HR and Payroll inquiries in a clear, concise, and timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
