This role is pivotal in shaping the compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that directly support our partner's business goals and enhance the employee experience on a global scale. The Total Rewards Manager serves as the subject matter expert to ensure that strategies are competitive and compliant, aligning them with the company's objectives. You will manage the daily operations of Total Rewards initiatives while actively contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration. Accountabilities Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains talent. Design, implement, and manage competitive and equitable compensation, benefit, and rewards programs. Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction. Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary planning and bonus plans. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Set clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals with roadmaps while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
