About The Position

The Total Rewards Manager serves as the subject matter expert to ensure that strategies are competitive and compliant, aligning them with the company's objectives. You will manage the daily operations of Total Rewards initiatives while actively contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards.
  • Prior people leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and market pricing methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefits.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)/Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior people leadership experience preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)/Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains talent.
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive and equitable compensation, benefit, and rewards programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary planning and bonus plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Set clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals with roadmaps while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
