ANS is seeking a versatile Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager to serve as a key owner of compensation, benefits, and HR operations processes. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will drive execution, improve processes, and help scale people practices across a multi-office, project-based organization. This is an ideal role for a highly detail-oriented and analytical HR professional who enjoys both hands-on execution and continuous improvement in a fast-growing environment.
