About The Position

Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Total Rewards Analyst plays a key role in delivering and optimizing BOA's total rewards programs, including payroll, benefits, compensation, and equity administration. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate employee data, compliance, reporting, and exceptional employee experience across our global workforce. The Total Rewards Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for payroll, benefits, bonuses, and equity programs, providing guidance and expertise across all areas of Total Rewards. This role partners closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer to develop recommendations that support BOA's global Total Rewards philosophy and programs. The Total Rewards Analyst also collaborates with the Finance team to integrate compensation-related data into the organization's operating planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Partnering closely with Finance and People & Culture, the Total Rewards Analyst leverages data and process improvements to drive operational efficiency, support business decision-making, and enhance employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards administration, preferably using UKG/Ultimate Software products.
  • Experience supporting Total Rewards programs in a private sector environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with large datasets and reporting.
  • Experience improving processes, implementing automation, or leveraging HRIS technology to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Experience managing confidential employee information with a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across functions, levels, and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute U.S. payroll administration, including administration of profit-sharing bonus and equity compensation programs.
  • Maintain profit-sharing and equity program calculations, coordinate reviews with business leaders around the globe, and facilitate accurate and timely payouts through third-party providers.
  • Support annual compensation review and pay equity processes through reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
  • Support employee offboarding activities, ensuring accurate payroll processing, benefit transitions, and COBRA administration.
  • Evaluate, streamline, and automate total compensation statements and total rewards reporting.
  • Coordinate U.S. benefits administration, including new hire enrollment, employee orientations, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and ongoing employee support.
  • Lead the annual U.S. benefits renewal process in partnership with the Chief People & Culture Officer and CFO.
  • Manage PFML/FAMLI leave administration and support employees through the claims process.
  • Partner with People & Culture to evaluate and enhance employee benefits programs through data, insights, and recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with total rewards vendors, brokers, and benefits carriers.
  • Coordinate and support U.S. financial wellness programs.
  • Own Total Rewards data within UKG, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
  • Lead Total Rewards reporting, analytics, and compliance activities, providing insights that support compensation, benefits, and workforce decision-making.
  • Drive automation and process improvements across Total Rewards programs, including compensation statements, reporting, and data management.
  • Partner with Finance and People & Culture to maintain accurate global employee and contractor data, conduct audits, and support organizational reporting needs.
  • Manage Total Rewards reconciliations, vendor data, and compliance reporting to ensure accuracy and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with P&C Analyst and collaborate on UKG enhancements.
