The Total Facilities Management Supervisor is responsible for the development, implementation and expansion of an integrated consumer-driven janitorial business with Bridgeway's Affirmative Employment Division. Will procure and administer janitorial service contracts both within the organization and in the community. Overseas operations of the business ensuring adequate scheduling; maintaining accurate records for attendance and payroll; ensuring that quality standards and measures established at each work site are met; and responsible for supply/equipment inventory, ordering, purchasing and maintenance. Oversee safety of operations ensuring that all procedures and storage of items are completed in accordance with OSHA standards. Assess the need for additional equipment and staffing.
