About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Torts and Products Liability Litigation Attorneys in its Minneapolis office with at least 3+ years of experience. Candidates should have experience in the practice areas of Tort, General Liability, Products Liability, and Asbestos. Ideal candidates must be team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in Torts and Products Liability Litigation
- Experience in Tort, General Liability, Products Liability, and Asbestos practice areas
- Excellent litigation skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Self-starter
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota
