Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic kitchen skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid Food Handlers Card
Nice To Haves
- tortilleria department experience a plus
- Customer Service and retail experience desirable
Responsibilities
- Operates Tortilla processor/machinery
- Count, bag, and label tortilla batches
- Drive customer service
- Maintain product freshness
- Order inventory
- Make & package tortillas, chips, tostadas and all other products in the department
- Ensure coolers are cleaned and organized and maintain cooler temperature logs
- Maintain cleanliness of tortilla machinery
- All other duties as assigned
- Demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence. Engages with customers always
- Improves speed and efficiency of service provided
