Requirements

• Valid Food Handlers Card
• Proven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance.
• Dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates care and compassion for people; shows empathy and concern.
• Able to build and maintain positive team relationships, relates well to diverse people; is approachable.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service.
• Preparing, packaging, and merchandising fresh product on a daily basis while maintaining company core values.
• Maintaining standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety.
• Operating Tortilla processor/machinery.
• Counting, bagging, and labeling tortilla batches.
• Maintaining a fully-stocked shelf/display table of items.
• Demonstrating personal Customer Service excellence and engaging with customers always.
• Improving speed and efficiency of service provided.
• All other duties as assigned.
