About The Position

The TopGolf Swing Suite Server & Host is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for guests. This role manages seating, waitlists, guest flow, and communication with servers to ensure an efficient and enjoyable dining experience. The Hilton Tempo in Nashville offers an engaging environment for hospitality professionals who thrive on energetic guest experiences and creative operational challenges. Located near Music Row and within walking distance of the city’s vibrant entertainment, dining, and cultural scene, the hotel provides a dynamic urban setting where leaders can shape memorable stays for both business and leisure travelers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and guest-flow management abilities.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS platforms preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts to maximize service flow.
• Escort guests to tables and communicate server sections effectively.
• Answer phones, take messages, and provide basic restaurant information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with menus, to-go orders, and guest requests as needed.
• Monitor dining room activity and communicate with servers and management.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
