Job Summary: B&A is looking for a Product Owner to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Product Owner represents customer needs, manages the team backlog, and ensures PeopleSoft-related deliverables provide maximum value.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field/major – OR – Three (3) additional years of experience without a degree in Information Technology
Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
At least one (1) year of experience specifically as a Product Owner
Three (3) years of experience working with PeopleSoft
Experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria
Ability to manage and prioritize a product/team backlog
Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders and development teams
Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies
Must hold ACTIVE an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
