About The Position

Total Safety is looking for a Tool Room Attendant to add to their safety-conscious team in El Paso, TX. As a Tool Room Attendant, you will be an important part of processing customer tool checkouts, stocking items, inventory integrity, asset management, ladder repair, shipping items and providing timely and accurate equipment fulfillment. Requirements

• Forklift experience
• Prior dock/warehouse experience is a plus
• Highly motivated individual with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Processing customer tool checkouts
• Stocking items
• Inventory integrity
• Asset management
• Ladder repair
• Shipping items
• Providing timely and accurate equipment fulfillment
• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack, forklift and by hand as needed
• Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs frequently)
• Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports
• Adhere to company and customer safety policies
• Provide timely and accurate delivery of customer request
• Professional interaction with customer base
• Shipping and Receiving Duties
• Proper operation of material handling equipment to safety and production requirements
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Prompt, daily attendance at assigned work location
