Requirements

Experience with welding and machining.
Experience and understanding of lathe and milling machines
Experience with CNC Machine for Metal
Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
Ability to push/pull 51 lbs. or more.
Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Preferred Tooling Experience of 4 to 5 years.

Responsibilities

Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.).
Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment.
Ordering and Installing replacement parts.
Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g. mechanical and electrical).
Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability, and yield.
Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
