About The Position

Hadrian is building autonomous factories by combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies produce mission-critical systems faster and at lower cost. The company is expanding its manufacturing footprint and capabilities while scaling its Factory-as-a-Service platform. As a Tooling Technician, you will own tooling fabrication and modification supporting new product introduction. You will work autonomously on program-critical timelines, partnering closely with engineering to modify existing tools and design and fabricate new ones. You will join a small team expected to triple in size over the next six months and help shape how the tooling function scales. The position requires 6+ years of tooling fabrication experience, including modifying established tools and fabricating new tools, along with hands-on experience operating welding, water jet, laser tracking, manual machine shop, and general assembly equipment. The target salary range may vary based on experience; the posting does not specify numeric salary figures. Hadrian offers benefits for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k), possible relocation support in certain situations, flexible vacation, and equity. U.S. export-control requirements apply: candidates must meet the stated ITAR eligibility criteria.
