About The Position

Join our Green Bay facility as we grow! For over 75 years, we have delivered consistent, quality metal finishing solutions across multiple industries. From aerospace to automotive, and from military products to medical devices – we are proud to help finish products both large and small. As a Tooling Tech, you’ll: Build and adjust racking for specific customer products. This helps maximize load density and efficiency. Work with various teams to develop tools that improve quality and efficiency. Communicate delays in tooling development needs to the teams that are impacted by the delay. Be a critical part of the team in identifying irregularities and malfunctions. Preform various operations such as drilling, milling, tapping, grinding, etc. This list does not represent all job duties and responsibilities but highlights the main requirements of the job.

Requirements

1-2 years related experience preferred.
Fabrication and welding experience
Highly motivated and creative
Accurately communicate through both oral and written communication
Strong attention to detail and organization
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in a team atmosphere

Responsibilities
