The Tooling Specialist will support the Major Correctives and Blade Services organization by helping manage, maintain, and improve the readiness of specialized tooling used for major component exchanges, blade repairs, and other field service activities. This role will maintain accurate visibility of the tooling fleet, support tooling preparation and shipment to field teams, and spend significant time in the field working directly with technicians and site teams to understand how tooling is being used, identify issues, and drive improvements. The Tooling Specialist will travel frequently to active job sites to inspect tooling conditions, gather feedback from field teams, troubleshoot tooling concerns, and coordinate repairs or replacement of equipment to ensure tooling remains safe, functional, and ready for deployment. This is an in-office position to be located in or near Horn Lake, Mississippi, due to the need for regular interaction with tooling and logistics operations in the area. Additionally 60–75% travel is expected.
